Turned on XMP again after 4days and it seems like it is fixed somehow. I took off the OC and tested and result was same. yes...I cleared the CMOS every time after flashing BIOS. I just installed OS and some necessary apps on 120GB SATA drive for gaming nothing else which used around 40-45%...

I don't know how but to test your queries just tuned on the XMP and it's working perfectly :eek:. No lag or high usage. XMP was off for about 4 consecutive days though. Now Temps with XMP is 68 and CPU Clock from core 0 to 5 is 4136MHz minimum & 4271MHz maximum. Do i need to be careful about...
