Do you have issues with your electrics in general? I found that my PSU would start doing what yours did after the power going and coming each month... I have ordered a UPS to protected the new PSU.- neosos

Win 10 pro getting installed everytime in place of home
I would suggest you download with the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft and make sure you have the home and language correct. Assuming you haven't done that already ;D- neosos
