I figured it out this morning. Apparently the modem provided by my ISP is just that. a modem. non router. So I either need to get a modem/router combo or keep it and change the POE switch to a router. I knew that the wireless router had the ability to route the signal but I can't keep using it...

Update 2 Somehow something went wrong with a driver update but it would let me boot into safe mode. Tried to update some things in safe mode with network enabled. No luck Then, for whatever reason, Windows fixed itself and is back to working.... but the overclock didn't apply (I think) Here...

Update - I currently had 2 dvi and 1 hdmi all plugged into 1 gpu because that is how i had it set up in crossfire mode I still had the OS SSD unplugged, but changed one of the DVI plugs into the other GPU and i successfully got into my UEFI. From there I did the OC that I wanted to do...
