    Alright, so there is no secure boot option in BIOS. I can select UEFI boot or legacy, but legacy won't get me into my win10 installation, and it can't get past splash screen with the card in anyway. Everything I'm now seeing says that I have the CARMEL2 board, with maximum BIOS level of 7.13...

    Running a Pentium G620, a traditional 3.5" drive, a samsung SSD, and that should be about it for power draw. The SDGR-FLEX320 with 17A on the 12V rail will not allow the machine to boot with the GTX750TI. Boots my Sapphire AMD HD 7750 1G D5 Low Pofile card just fine.

    The FSP300 is 12V1 15A + 12V2 15A, My impression is that you could pull 30A, but only 15A to a single device, and with an on-box req of 20A for the card, that worries me.

    Most TFX power supplies are too big. Flex ATX supplies fit as well. I did see an Athena supply that might meet the spec, and one which Solid Gear seems to have stopped producing, or at least most retailers don't carry.
