BIOS Boot Options?

So I am trying to set my Boot Option #1 to my SSD and my Boot Option #2 to my Western Digital Hard Drive but I am confused as to which option to select for my Boot Option #2. Do I choose USB Hard Disk, UEFI USB Hard Disk or UEFI Hard Disk?
