I bought an I7 6700k and overclocked it to 4.5GHz and I set the Vcore to 1.35. If i set the i7 6700k to 4.5GHz does it mean when IDLE it will still on the 4.5GHz? :) and btw i set my Vcore to 1.35 no adaptive2 thingy, is 1.35 vcore ok in everyday use?

Your PSU is good but I would rather go to 500-650 Watts PSU and should've invested it to MOBO and CPU, nowadays CPU like i5 is getting cheaper so does the MOBO. Bad choice :) just saying.
