Ok so I put it into a static bag for a few minutes and now it turned on. Weird cause when I took it out it went into same bag.

Got a new case so I pulled everything out and reinstalled into the new one but my gtx 770 is not working. If I put it into pcie slot 2 I get message saying needs to be in one but in 1 the screen doesn't turn on. Tried an old card in one and it goes on so at a loss as to why it's not wokring...

I'm going through a similar issue with pc not booting. Does your pc post or load bios screen? Try to just have one ram stick the GPU and see if it loads bios. If that loads start to connect things one by one to find the malfunctioning device. Don't see why Razer would cause your issue though...
