Checked out my Task Manager and clicked the performance tab. Up time: 1:01:34:20 I do power off my computer and for some reason my up time continues to keep going. In order to reset the time, I have to restart it. Handles are also at 1,158,316.. Not sure if that's normal. Updated OP.

Hello SgtScream, Yeah I changed the power settings in windows and nvidia control panel. I also went into my BIOS and increased my fan speed to full power and changed System Tuning from Normal to Extreme. Updated OP.
