I have a ASUS GTX 950 and i use msi afterburner to control the fans, i noticed that ov max limit goes up to 1 in high load, is that something bad. I read something about it but i didnt find a good source. ! I dont overclock !

And its not the temps they were just 64, (Very short gaming session)

I have MSI Afterburner to control my gpu fan, if i dont start msi afterburner when i start my computer will it be the original fan controll?
