I just replaced my GTX 1060 With an RTX 2070. Nothing else was changed in the system, all I did was remove the cables, take out the 1060, install the 2070, and reconnect my cables. In Overwatch with the 1060 I was getting a consistent 140-150 fps, but now my fps only gets up to around 70-90...
