Drivers required a COMPLETE re-install, thanks everyone. I'll select Eximo as the solution regarding drivers. Please use DDU to un-install the graphics drivers entirely and then re-install GeForce Experience.

I think I fixed this I will report back soon, no random freeze crashes yet. Had to use DDU to remove all my drivers and re-install. I will report back once I test this more thoroughly.
