So I believe it is my 2 USB 3.0 ports as I get the same connection issues and I can’t connect the WiFi adapter to a 2.0 slot because it’s a 3.0 connector so would a 2.0 to 3.0 usb hub or connector work or something like that?

I’ve downloaded the latest driver package and it did now fix anything. I’m not sure what it is but I think it’s something to do with the USB port maybe as the adapter works fine my brothers computer.
