I recently just upgraded my computer and kept my gpu from my last set up. I have a Ryzen 9 3900x and the 1070ti. My main monitor is the Acer Predator, at 1440p 165hz. I also have two more monitors at 1440p, so 3 total.

I did the paper clip test and the psu was running just fine. I unplugged the chassis fan and everything is running. However, when I connect my monitor, the bios screen never pops up. It stays as a black screen.
