Graphics card not working, fan not spinning,no display

Make sure the GPU is fully inserted into the motherboard. You might want to try shutting your computer down making sure to unplug the computer itself and the GPU and then pull the card out. Check to make sure all the contacts are clear of anything and if not you can use a pencil eraser to clean...

Which graphics Card should I buy?

Get the 1060. You would only want a 1070 for 1080p when trying to hold 144fps for a 144Hz monitor.

Looks like I'm a little late but just wanted to say I also have an aurora r3 with an ASUS DUAL-GTX1070-8G and I and using the 6+2 pin from the 875watt PSU. Looking for a monitor stand for 24in monitor and so i can place my keyboard underneath it while playing

Buying a monitor riser like these will help you get your keyboard under the monitor. Making a riser would be easy if you have some wood scraps lying around too. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=monitor+riser&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Amonitor+riser

Garbage performance GTA V, is there a fix?

There might be another solution and I'm hoping someone else can chime in but with GTA5 it seems like having it on an SSD solves many of the stuttering/ freezing problems.

Garbage performance GTA V, is there a fix?

Yeah its a pretty demanding game even for high end rigs. Stuttering used to happen to me in GTA5 anytime I started driving but a new SSD solved that. If you can afford it I would suggest getting an SSD since it will benefit your machine even outside of games.

Garbage performance GTA V, is there a fix?

Screen resolution? Does this happen with any other game? Having GTA5 on an SSD also solves many problems people have with stuttering. You might want to install MSI afterburner and record your temps for your GPU and CPU after gaming for a bit. They might be thermally throttling your system...

Can I mix these two memories

If you already have them in hand why not try it but its always advised to use sticks of ram that come in a pair for best performance.
