Intel i7 liquid cooling 16gb ram MSI Z87-G45 GAMING GPU gt 710

I have a liquid cooling pc where it was working fine until one day I went to go turn it on and it showed no display but it still goes on and the gpu fan is running. I tried a new ram and it still didn't work I was thinking it can be the cpu what do you guys think SPEC Intel i7 liquid cooling...
