I recently noticed that when I am playing games like h1z1 or ark survival evolved, my "mainboard" is at 120 degrees celcius. What can I do to reduce that heat problem?

When I am playing games, (especially ark survival evolved) my cpu usage drops to less than 5%, which causes huge frames drops. I currently have an i5-6500, gtx 1060, 400w psu, 1x8gb ddr4 2133 ram, 1tb hdd, mini atx motherboard (desktop). Could it be my psu low wattage pus? Thanks for your help :D

But would my 400w do the job? Because I am low on budget...

My psu is called cougar sl400 and I have a +12V1 for 330W and a second one. Also, I changed my mind and I got a 1060. Will it do the job or I need a new psu?

I currently have a 400w power supply with an i5 6500. I want to buy a gtx 1050ti but I am not sure if my power supply will be able to handle it. Should I buy a new power supply? (Low on budget...) here is the link of my computer (I changed the i3 to an i5)...
