Hey! So i bought windows 8.1 pro (student) for my new build. I'm planning to install it via USB...but honestly don't know what to do... I downloaded a file called WindowsSetupBox.exe but i'm on a mac so i can't open it. I know i need to download the iso onto the usb but where is the ISO? please...

Turns out my mobo was damaged, that's why it took so long to turn off... but i replaced it and it working great now :)

Also, i don't know if this matters but my 24 pin cable from the psu doesn't seem to click in completely( no matter how hard i push). The mobo still receives power since everything else works but maybe the fact that it doesn't click in perfectly is causing a problem?

The monitor is working. I connected a ps3 and it displayed an image. I did use a different cable (hdmi and vga) but that doesn't seem to fix it either...And i'm not getting any beeps at all, not even when i remove both the ram and the cpu ( only power the mobo)...i thinik i should be hearing an...

Hey, so I recently finished building but i think my motherboard is damaged. Everything seems to be working fine ( as far as i can tell) except i don't get nay signal on my monitor. All the fans work, gpu works, cpu fan works, LED in case, etc but I get absolutely no signal. It's not the GPU...

I think i do have a computer repair shop close to me. I guess i'll ask someone to come fix it/check what part is malfunctioning. I can't test it with another grpahics card, I don't know anyone that owns one. Well thanks for all the help and i'll try to update if it works! Thanks for all your help!

Also, what parts do you think are malfunctioning?
