So, the 750ti is pretty expensive here.. What if I would do like, the Sapphire 240 1GB GDDR5 Boost? I mean, it requires 400 Watt and I have 450, and it should be able to run the games I play. (AC: I & II, Minecraft, and I could torrent basically anything.) it's also almost half the price :p

I read some stuff on the internet saying that it wouldn't do the job. Also these days, sometimes my PC is very slow because the cpu usage is like, 90+%. So I thought, maybe the CPU isn't good.

It's a standard Corsair VS450 (450W), motherboard is Intel MSI H81M-E34. I currently have just a CPU, hdd and ssd plugged into it, besides the MB and stuff, No other GPU. Budget is like 100€ or something, and not to difficult to install lol.
