I would say yes, but it's one of the cheapest options where I live and only slightly more expensive than the RX 7600.

Unfortunately, the G4400 will not be able to run most modern games because it has only 2 cores and 2 threads. So there will be many games that are playable on the 1650 that will not run with the 2 core CPU.

They are similar in performance, with the 1070 being a little faster in older games and the 1660 Super sometimes slightly faster in newer games. The extra 2GB of VRAM though may be beneficial in some instances.

I've heard good things about Dell in the past actually in terms of their customer service. I like the XPS line but the XPS 15 seems to have some flaws that affect it's performance. I'm looking at something for gaming, light productivity and general use, either a 14" or compact 15".

I can understand why you attempted it yourself, from my experience when you send something off for repair they don't take good care with it. I've also heard a number of reports about fan issues too, particularly with the G14.
