I cant even make it to the login screen. How do I download and run that? What do these errors mean precisely? Is it possible my pc has been running with these errors for a long time and only the windows needs to be reinstalled? Are my motherboard and processor done for good?

Just 4 standard 1600 mhz 4GB sticks, 1 is a samsung(stock) 1 is an HP (added right after purchase), 2 are kingston (added 2 years later). I also tried running with 2 sticks only. Its a minitower
