Hello guys, I did a fresh reinstall on my laptop, it had Windows 7 so I put Windows 8.1. Cleaned the disk with pressing shift and F10, writing diskpart, selecting disk 0 and cleaning it. Then installed Windows 8.1 but ever since then its really quiet. Any help with this?

Ever since I did that, I get MSI Military Class 4 and then screen flashes once with the loading animation, flashes again, and then again, doing the same thing. Did the full format of the disk, what could be the problem?
