When I boot up my PC sometimes everything is normal and and do whatever I was planning on doing but a lot of the time I turn it on and only one of the 2 fans on my RX 580 is spinning, at max speed. Usually I open up a game like Rainbow Six Siege, play it for about 5 minutes and the other fan...

Now both fans are spinning but very fast (the gpu is at around 24c)

I'm downloading it now

The thing is after a while of playing a game like Rainbow Six Siege, the GPU's fans both turn on at normal speed so I don't think it's hardware

I have a Sapphire RX 580 4gb gpu with two built in fans. When I boot my PC only one of the fans spins, at full speed. The other one doesn't move. This means the gpu is very loud and distracting, any fixes?

In my device manager when I press on display adaptors nothing to do with my processor appears, just the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. This means most games run at about 15 fps for me. Does anyone know how I can get this adapter back?
