It doesn't make the noise when it's not under a heavy load (caused by most games). Normally, it's just the normal hum of a fan.

It only happens when my PC is under a heavier load, which nowadays happens when I run most games, but the noise is actually quite loud and annoying. I took a video of it for the audio. Hopefully someone might know what's causing it by what it sounds like. Thanks! https://streamable.com/s42da
