Would I need to upgrade my GPU for a 770? It's a 650 Watt. I found this and it looks like it uses much more wattage.

My Current PC I also have a 650 Watt Power Supply and I am looking to upgrade my GeForce GTX 650 (1GB) into something that doesn't bottleneck my CPU (AMD FX-8350) and and wouldn't have to replace my PS. My budget is around $300-$400 USD and I would prefer to stick with Nvidia. Thanks!
