Sorry for being so much lame and dumb. I never knew that malwarebytes is a software. I thought the malware protection of MSE or comodo is called malwarebytes :3 Installed malwarebytes and quarantined the 5 issues that it detected. Thanks :) I will inform you if it solves my problem.

Thanks for your reply. Checked the scheduled tasks and found nothing that starts at 14:43 or 11:00. I have also run a boot time scan through avg free antivirus and again a deep scan and these didn't work.
