Don't skimp on the PSU, stay safe by getting a reputable brand and what TechyInAZ mentioned, a higher wattage PSU would be great for your overclocked CPU so you can prevent your PSU from reaching it's output limit.

The MSI 970A-G46 board supports SLI and CrossFire, while the rest only supports CrossFire. Which means you have have to buy the MSI 970A-G46 board for SLI capability, not the others

If you're using a HDD for programs or OS, defrag the drive

Before you start installing your DDR3 RAM onto your motherboard, check your motherboard's RAM slot if it's DDR3. If its DDR3, you can install it onto your motherboard. If it's not, don't force it in as it won't fit and you might damage the RAM slots.
