    Best budget AMD processor?

I agree with everyone saying the R5 2600. If you have a local Microcenter, they currently sell it for $150. If not, consider the R5 1600, which is still an excellent 6 core 12 thread gaming CPU based on older Ryzen gen 1. That at Microcenter costs $130.

CPU was performing well but now is getting maxed out on every game 100% usage and running slow.

I would suggest checking temps and frequency, could it be thermal throttling?

Worth it to upgrade Ryzen 3 1200?

Hello, last year I built a Ryzen 3 1200 based gaming PC. For the past year, things have been awesome. I've been playing mostly War Thunder, Rainbow Six Siege, and Fortnite, all at 1080p high settings when paired with a GTX 1060 3gb. WT gets well over 100 FPS, R6 Siege averages around 80-100 FPS...

My HP laptop has a 1080p resolution display... but would i be able to play 4k videos on a UHD tv from my laptop using HDMI?

Yes if it has HDMI it will be more than likely able to output a 4K signal to a 4K TV. However, if it is an older laptop, then it likely has HDMI 1.4, meaning your FPS will be limited to 30 Hz. You should check to see if your laptop has HDMI 1.4 or newer HDMI 2.0 which can handle 4K 60 Hz.

    Help upgrading cpu

I personally think a Phenom II X6 would give you a very nice performance improvement over that Athlon in games, and should not bottleneck the GTX 1050 2gb. Just be sure that you do get a better PSU for that power hungry Phenom, and if your motherboard can, give that Phenom an overclock.

Top 5 Worst CPUs Ever (In my opinion)

Warning! I am writing this as if it were an internet article, so it will be long. I am doing this simply out of boredom. This is not a question, don't worry about solving anything. Also, understand that a lot of this is my opinion, and you are free to disagree, as many of you probably have (and...

Stupid Question: Can I flash this BIOS on this motherboard?

I tried the tape mod you suggested, but when I did, the PC refused to boot. I then took the tape off, and the PC booted no problem. I guess the motherboard just doesn't like 1600 mhz FSB... Is there a way to mod the BIOS to get it to run at 1600 FSB? Or am I crazy at this point?
