Please include the age of your PSU for said build. You might want to inspect your CPU socket for any bent or broken pins.
I think it couldn't be a bent or broken pins on the socket, because the computer works well with both XEON E2640-V3.
And i have tried each CPU E 2680V4 on the socket CPU1...
