I am writing this on behalf of my friend. He believes the issue was caused by removing the power to his external hard drive(seagate 8tb up + hub) before his PC was entirely off. He cannot access BIOS. He can get to the Falcon Norhtwest startup screen and access anything that isn't the BIOS...
