New RAM sticks: HyperX Kingston 8GB 2666MHz x2

The debug LED is on after multiple CPU reinstalls with two different CPUs (one had bent pins and were corrected). All this started of me installing more ram. What should i do or try?
I’ve already tested with old stuck in every slot and with the two new also.

Hello again. So to kick things of i went to buy new RAM sticks (2x8gb) with the supported MHz rate. Now when I installed them with my other 8gb stick my monitor won’t display HDMI or Displayport. Also EZ DEBUG LED CPU is on. What I’ve tried: All dimma slots with all RAM sticks, CMOS reset, basic...
