The debug LED is on after multiple CPU reinstalls with two different CPUs (one had bent pins and were corrected). All this started of me installing more ram. What should i do or try?

Hello again. So to kick things of i went to buy new RAM sticks (2x8gb) with the supported MHz rate. Now when I installed them with my other 8gb stick my monitor won’t display HDMI or Displayport. Also EZ DEBUG LED CPU is on. What I’ve tried: All dimma slots with all RAM sticks, CMOS reset, basic...

So I ordered new a CPU (i7-9700K), a new cooler (Noctua nh d15) and a new PSU (650W Seasonic focus). 2 Days ago i got them and started to uninstall pc parts and everything went fine etc... yesterday i finished installing all my new/old components... After I installed everything "correctly" and...
