upgrading from a 2.3 ghz i3 dual core laptop which bottlenecks if i have more then a few tabs open...primarily due to low ram 4gb and slow hdd i believe..unable to find much information on the AMD A9-9820 but seems it is being newly used now as a CPU/APU...the desktop I am looking at has this...

AMD A9-9820 CPU (8 core 2.35ghz) is this adequate enough for streaming and multitasking? paired with 8gb ram and ssd?
