I did a fresh install of windows and that fixed the problem, still thanks for all the replies and tips. -

Yes it does display 16 but the four other cores are never used, task manager only displays 4 cores, the benchmark only gets 4 cores as well. -

Full specs can be viewed here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/54019421 only four cores are activated and when i check Ryzen master the other 4 are "sleeping". i checked the bios but didnt see an option to enable all cores, any help would be appreciated
