In norway i can sell the 960 for like 100$, the 1060 is 300$. Would i get better performance with SLI 960 or a single 1060?

Whenever i turn off my computer, i have some issues turning it on again; The power cable coming from the PSU going in to the motherboard seems to be loose. This results in the computer not powering up. I then have to open the case, and then wiggle the cable a bit and then the computer turns on...
