    Maybe i should buy a new fan?I heard that Intel stock ones are really bad and hard to install.

    No parts are broken and fan is securely locked down to the CPU.

    I replaced thermal paste,tried re-installing the cooler,but nothing.This started happening a few days ago,but it wasn't a problem untill i installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. PC specs are: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Nvidia GeForce GT 9600 I don't know what motherboard i have 6 GB DDR2 RAM
