Update for those to come after me: ASRock told me if I have updated the bios and still cannot boot to just send the mobo back for replacement

Manual recommends slotting into A2 and B2. Ihave, however, tried them there, and tried both sticks in all slots except A1 because of size issues. I have also tried with no plugged in RAM

Hello friends. Having trouble with getting a first boot out of new parts. The post status checker lights have the CPU and DRAM both remaining on after the BOOT and VGA turn off. Then nothing. Does anyone have some steps I could take further before I start trying to figure out what gets returned...
