It's rev 1.1, right? Or 1.3? Cause I an't find any information for that

Hey guy, thanks all of you are helping me. I already done everything you told me, update bios, change another system, but it's won't work, so I change my mobo to GA-EP43T-S3L, but I have another question, I'm from VietNam, sorry for my bad English, here my question, this main support to 16gb...
