stuttering ingame due to cpu throttling...help please!

Interesting, even though you have a somewhat weak processor in terms of clock speeds, CS:GO ran almost flawlessly on my old core 2 duo 2.0 GHz, but that was paired with a 512 MB card (OLD 9700 GTS). Have you checked your temps when this happens? Overheating can lead to serious performance drops...

stuttering ingame due to cpu throttling...help please!

This is actually considered bottlenecking, and to my belief, there's not much you can do about it except upgrade the CPU. When it hits 100 percent thats when the bottleneck happens, your CPU is trying to make calls the game demands from it but puts stress on the CPU. It does not always have to...

MSI afterburner not exactly running my OC speeds [Radeon R7 370 4GB]

Damn so there's no other way to get around that? thats fine I guess, I like afterburner mainly for the monitoring it provides anyways. Thank-you very much I figured I wasn't the only one with this problem

MSI afterburner not exactly running my OC speeds [Radeon R7 370 4GB]

This problem could have an easy explanation but I just want to be sure as this website has always given good insight from another's perspective. My main problem though, is when I use MSI afterburner and set my core and memory clock to the respective values of 1150/1500, the monitoring graph...

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

So after testing the speaker and knowing that it works, I can assume the motherboard is dead? Removing ram and booting it results in no error beeps, same with the graphics card. I can grab a decent one at a good price since I have a gift card for Amazon I can use.

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

I can confirm that the speaker is working by using aluminum foil, although it sounded washed out, I can assume thats from using aluminum as my wire.

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

I'll get back to you tomorrow, everyone is asleep in my house and they all wake from the tiniest of sounds. Once again, thank-you, you have left me with great insight on what is happening.

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

I'm not sure if I have wire laying around unless theres a conventional way to use wire. But I have AA batteries

No beeps at all. That's what concerns me

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

And no, I have a small circle :( none of them have a proper machine to test on.

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

Again, thank you for your assistance. I wouldn't think it's the GPU though, because if it was, the error beep would go off from my diagnostics (removing one component at a time and booting, rinse wash repeat with every other component.) after removing the GPU.

Just remember I'm not even getting a post beep from the speaker connected to the mobo

Trying to determine which has failed No Display

Booted with it attached but haven't tired connecting after boot, unfortunately I no longer have access to the HDTV at the moment nor another video card to test this. But the more we talk about this the less I think the PSU is bad, which is good for knowing I may be able to cancel that out as the...
