Running low fps in every game running about 100-120 in csgo

it was a single connected it to multiple and it worked, but now windows isn't detecting my 2 other Hard Drives so gotta mess around with it more but it boots and c drive it working so I'm on it rn

new problem it turns on now everything works but my fans won’t work/turn on

i don’t doubt that when i was shoving that small RM850 into my terribly cable managed case that one of the cables got knocked loose and wouldn’t power on thank you for the help🙏🙏
