Well, keep in mind that if you want to change you have to change to an motherboard with the right socket. Also depends on if you want to overclock I would recommend to get a 3:th party cooler, h70 for example. Also get 2*4 GB on the ram, it is dual channel.

From what I know, if a motherboard has an LGA 1155 socket, it supports every CPU with LGA 1155 socket, the amount of cores dosn't matter

It might just be a faulty sensor, having that sort of drop is not usual. Don't worry doh, it dosn't mean your cooler is bad.

Hello! I would recomend the i5 3470 build with an XFX 7770, sure you can't get the cool chassi or psu. But priorites my friend. Don't get a bad PSU, get the best PSU and cheapest chassi you can get.

If you get an closed loop like h 60 you don't have to care about that stuff

I would recomend the H60 form Corsair, I have an 1155 i7:3770k on 3.7Ghz and it keeps it at 35 idle and 50 at max, on 4.0Ghz 40 idle and 60 max

If the HDMI output works fine, your good to go. If you have a dual gpu card, use the 2 gpus togheter but else your fine!

If the cable and screen works with another PC and no other screen or cable works with your current grapicscard. You can for sure say that it is the card, but if you want to be sure, test with another card, and/or other PCI-E lane. Doh I would say that it is a faulty grapicscard!

I don't know a whole lot either, but I would recommend the 27" one, I found that 1 32" is to big for me and my desk personaly.
