After looking it on my bios my DRAM voltage was already at 1.35

So I might have found one problem which is the Motherboard isnt compatible with 3600Mhz but it still doesnt explain why it doesnt work well with 3200Mhz even if it is compatible with 3200Mhz View: https://imgur.com/a/D3ONJhD
