Have you tried taking it out , blowing the dust out and putting it into other pcie port?

Did chaning the cables help?

You can try both but i ment just the hdmi

also changing the power plan in windows to High performance might help

Ive had the similar problem as you do on the same gpu and it just disappeared after i took the gpu out , blew the dust out , changed cables and done a clear install of drivers .

It would fit , but what is your cpu ? I think that would be a big bottleneck .

Theres MSI afterburner with RTSS you can set it up to show CPU , GPU and other things usage , temps and other stats . And this might be a lame question but have you tried to plug in a different hdmi/dp cable?

Maybe you could try running windows memory diagnostic tool to see if theres anything wrong with your ram .

Did you overclock your ram or did anything with it?

Try to reinstall windows and if that wont help , the gpu is prolly dead.
