Is the AOC G2590FX 25" frameless gaming monitor(1080p,1ms,144Hz) G sync compatible with adaptive sync. Is this a good monitor in general and in respect to this particular configuration?

How do "G-Sync compatible" adaptive sync monitors cope with the regular G-Sync?

How important is it to get a G-sync monitor? Will the system (with nvidia graphics card(gtx 1660)) work with a monitor that doesnt have G sync?

I didnt know that's how it worked. Sorry.
