well this can be sadly considered solved :( likelyhood of it being bricked is high, 90% the motherboard I have doesn't have dualOS, I've tried battery, pulling ram and CLRCMOS, with no success only resort now is to buy a new one.. might as well upgrade 8) thanks everyone for your help!!
