I have an A10-7850K in a HTPC build (http://www.enginoor.com/building-a-home-theater-pc/) and it plays 1080p 60fps Youtube videos smoothly but it still drops frames here or there. Don't skimp on the processor. Is hardware acceleration available yet in Chrome for Youtube?

I used the A10-7850K in a recent HTPC build (http://www.enginoor.com/building-a-home-theater-pc/) and it works great. The most taxing load is 1080p 60fps Youtube videos and it plays them smoothly but with the occasional dropped frame.

It's hard to tell if the processor or GPU will be the bottleneck. It may be worth upgrading both. I think you're OK with the RAM. I put together a PC just to play this game but it may be a bit overkill: http://www.octopusrift.com/pc-for-gta-v/
