i run every thing on low on 1920 by 1080 but i run bf3 at 60 fps on the same resolution with every thing on high except anti ailissing and and ssao off

i have a gtx 560 ti 1gb gddr5 i7 2600 8 gig of ram 650 w power supply yet wile playing bf4 my game constantly frezzes to an un berrrable point. my geforce and directx drivers are up to date what should i do? should i overclock it to 900/950 core clock and can i do so with my power supply?

how do i do so? my setting are on lowest options posible but when i stay still ingame it runs good even on high... when i start moving or shooting my game starts to freez, no matter the video settings (only turning down motion blur helped a bit)
