Hello i have problem with starting my pc. No screen. Im using ryzen 5 1600 and on mobo there is Red led CPU all time. Tried clearing CMOS. What's also strange that only 1 fan is working of 2 in my graphic card 7970. I event bought 580 and for a second 1 fan is working. So i dont know what is...
