Well from what i seen those shadows on reflections should be smooth, right now its just dots

Hello. Ive noticed a weird effect while playing games, especially with more advanced reflections, like the new The Finals. I havent noticed it on youtube, or on my friends screens, their corners and reflections look smooth. Does anyone know why it looks like this? Ive tried almost all settings...
