So recently I realized that my PC was getting slower when I had more apps open. I checked Task manager and my CPU was fine running at around 30% but my ram was at 99%! and I only had Chrome, Photoshop 2017 and Discord opened. I have 8GB Ram DDR4 clocked at 2133 MHz paired with a Skylake i5 6400...
