    hello im going to upgrade from a ryzen 5 2400g to a ryzen 5 2600 and a GTX 1060 6gb to a RTX 2060 but i dont know if i should get a new motherboard aswell also do i need extra ram for this new upgrade because i only have 8gb of ddr4 and is 400 watts of power supply enough?

    when i try to turn it off is says you do not have sufficient privileges or group policy has been applied. anyone know how to fix this?
