    It’s windows 10 Microsoft no longer has it installed and if you upgraded to 10 they removed it. Which I think was a bad move customer relations wise.

    It isn't a bad Idea although I'm not sure they can legally remove software without the owners permission even if its junk. Another scam is your driver's are out of date.

    Deleted all the printer software and drivers completely, reinstalled it all. Problem solved. I guess the glitch occurred during the download and install of windows 10.
